Welcome to Joy and Love Santa Team. These Terms of Service explain the terms for using our website and booking our Santa, Mrs. Claus, elf, photo, craft, and holiday entertainment services.

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, booking an event, or paying for services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Joy and Love Santa Team provides family-friendly holiday entertainment services, which may include Santa visits, Mrs. Claus visits, story time, songs, simple magic, crafts, cookie decorating, photo opportunities, appearances, and other agreed-upon activities.

The exact services provided will depend on the package, event type, location, time booked, and written agreement between the client and Joy and Love Santa Team.

2. Booking and Availability

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Your date and time are not officially reserved until Joy and Love Santa Team confirms the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Because holiday dates fill quickly, we recommend booking early.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Depending on the event, a deposit may be required to hold the date and time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any remaining balance is due before or at the time of the event.

Returned payments, failed payments, or unpaid balances may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of event, date, travel distance, and amount of notice given.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  1. Deposits are used to reserve your date and time and may be non-refundable.
  2. If a client cancels close to the event date, payments may not be refundable because that time may not be able to be rebooked.
  3. If a client needs to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date or time, based on availability.
  4. No refund is guaranteed for no-shows, incorrect addresses, lack of access to the event location, or cancellations after our team has arrived or begun traveling.

Any special cancellation or refund agreement must be confirmed in writing.

5. Weather, Illness, Emergencies, and Unexpected Events

Joy and Love Santa Team will make every reasonable effort to attend scheduled events. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, illness, vehicle issues, unsafe travel conditions, emergencies, natural disasters, power outages, or other unexpected situations.

If we must cancel due to an emergency or unavoidable situation, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an appropriate solution.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate event environment.

This includes:

  1. A safe location for Santa, Mrs. Claus, helpers, and guests.
  2. Clear directions, parking instructions, and access to the event area.
  3. Adult supervision for all children.
  4. Reasonable crowd control, if needed.
  5. A clean and safe space for activities, photos, crafts, or performances.
  6. Timely communication about event details, schedule changes, or special needs.

Parents, guardians, teachers, event hosts, or facility staff remain responsible for supervising children at all times.

7. Safety and Conduct

Joy and Love Santa Team reserves the right to stop services, leave an event, or refuse future bookings if there is unsafe, threatening, inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior.

This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Unsafe handling of props or equipment.
  2. Aggressive or threatening behavior.
  3. Inappropriate language or conduct.
  4. Lack of required adult supervision.
  5. Unsafe conditions for children, guests, or our team.

Our goal is always to provide a joyful, safe, and family-friendly experience.

8. Photos and Videos

Guests and clients may take personal photos and videos during events unless otherwise agreed.

Joy and Love Santa Team will not use identifiable photos or videos of children for advertising, social media, or website purposes without permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized event representative.

If the client gives permission for photos or videos to be used for marketing, Joy and Love Santa Team may use those images for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, flyers, and advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for parents, guardians, event planners, schools, churches, businesses, and other adults booking services.

Children should not submit personal information through our website. Federal children’s privacy rules apply to websites or online services directed to children under 13 or that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Event Timing

Joy and Love Santa Team will make every effort to arrive on time. However, event timing may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, parking, prior event delays, or other factors.

If the client causes a delay, the event may still end at the originally scheduled time, especially during the busy holiday season when multiple events may be scheduled on the same day.

Additional time may be available only if agreed upon and may require an additional fee.

11. Travel and Location

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Any travel fees will be discussed before booking whenever possible.

The client is responsible for providing accurate address information and any special instructions for parking, gates, building access, check-in procedures, or security.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to damage, misuse, copy, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, forms, systems, or content.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, business names, logos, photos, graphics, text, service descriptions, and branding used by Joy and Love Santa Team belong to Joy and Love Santa Team unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, use, or distribute our content for business or promotional purposes without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
